Just ahead of tomorrow’s earnings call GoPro have put the Karma back up for sale on their website. It is as before retailing for $799 for the drone, case and grip. No GoPro camera is included at that price.

Are they really trying again with the same numbers as before after the runaway success of the Mavic? I would have expected to see at least $200 to come off the bottom line. The Karma, is well, to be plain very 2014.

I should think a press release will be landing in my inbox shortly about the relaunch.

Facebook GoPro followers noticed a BH banner earlier today which mentions that Karma will be available for sale from 10 AM Wed 1st Feb

.

I have just been on the US GoPro site, and it is listed at $799. Available for sale now.

The Karma is flying into a very different post-Christmas market, just today we learnt that Autel Robotics USA has laid off staff. It is going to be a hard mountain to climb for Karma.

There is also the threat of legal action over the first product launch.
